"The house was beautiful, even larger than we thought. Fully family friendly. The sauna was amazing. The views were amazing. Owners were very friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to go back. Excellent location, very close to Mellau ski lift but also remote enough to be quiet with amazing views."

Starker Gestank nach Erbrochenem aus dem Bereich der Kellerräumlichkeiten. Lebensgefährlicher Zugang zum Haus, da alles voller Eis war. Für die Preisexplosion hat sich im Haus leider nichts verändert."

"Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Kommunikation gleich null – auf Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert.
Zusätzlich ist die Plattform extrem unübersichtlich: Die Unterkunft wurde über Casamundo gefunden, dann zu FeWo-direkt weitergeleitet und schließlich über Expedia gebucht. Am Ende weiß man überhaupt nicht mehr, wo man Nachrichten schreiben oder Antworten erwarten soll. Sehr kompliziert und intransparent.
Beim Check-in standen wir über 2 Stunden vor verschlossener Tür, weil der Code nicht funktionierte...
