Hiking and biking trails ranging from easy to challenging, with plenty of places to stop for refreshments—all right from the Panoramahof Bergglück in Mellau. With Maximilian, you even have a certified mountain guide right on the premises. Fancy a tour together?



A refreshing dip in a mountain stream or at the outdoor pool right in town? Surrounded by forests and meadows, it’s the perfect way to wind down an eventful day: under the starry sky by the campfire in our spacious garden, complete with a playground for the little ones.



The Bregenzerwald, with its many facets, is an ideal starting point in every season and in any weather for numerous culinary, sporting, and cultural excursions—for young and old alike. The blossoms in spring or the picturesque fall will delight you.



Do you love winter and its white splendour as much as we do? For us, winter means cosiness and finding peace and quiet. Yet the clear, refreshing mountain air beckons you outdoors for skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and winter hiking.



Ski resorts with guaranteed snow are just a stone’s throw away. With Mellau-Damüls—the largest ski resort in the Bregenzerwald—as well as cross-country trails right in town, our Panoramahof Bergglück is the ideal starting point for your winter fun. Ski Arlberg, Austria’s largest contiguous ski area, offers the very best in winter sports via the Schröcken access point.



You’ll love watching your children eagerly building a snowman or whizzing down the hills around the house on a sleigh. We’re happy to provide you with sleighs. For the little ones, we also offer a large playroom in the attic where they can run and play.
