"This is a great hotel located directly across the street from the airport, terminal 3. Beside the hotel is a walkway connecting you to the airport. Very convenient. It is two blocks to the Newport Mall and is a very safe area to walk around in at night. Check in is quick and efficient. Rooms are clean and modern with electric kettle, water, mini fridge and safe. Nice showers that are important to me. TV has many channels and Netflix. Meriet was very efficient and friendly at the front desk and got me a nice room with a view. "Very helpful staff. Clean facility. Comfortable bed. Wide variety of breakfast, attentive staff in the dining area. When I was looking for the josi Mendez salon, there is this 1 woman staff, told me that she doesn’t know where it was because she only attend to VIPs. What a snob!!! Aside from that, music/ singer in the lobby is a nice touch. The layout of the hotels is functional, waiting areas, the bar are situated properly. Location is close to the airport and mall. "
