きれいで快適なホテルです

3泊しました。 スタッフはとても感じがよく、ホテルもきれいで快適でした。 オトレスビーチ２は静かで人も少ないのでゆっくりできます。 朝食はとても美味しく、カプチーノをお願いするとラテアートが施されていたのにはびっくりしました。レストランでの食事は少し高めですが、周辺にはレストランが沢山あるので安い食事も可能です。 1dayツアーの島巡りは、ビーチにいるツアーエージェントのMickyにお願いして楽しむことができました。

Beautiful hotel but...

The room, pool, food and hotels beach all great but when you walk outside it is depressing at all the rubbish around and the vast amount of building works going on - didn’t effect us but we didn’t walk about much as a result just enjoyed the beautiful relaxing hotel experience.

Wonderful Hotel!

Wonderful hotel that transcends the surrounding chaos! Great breakfast (including latte!), friendly staff beautifully designed and although the area is blighted by construction it’s barely noticeable while your at Tamu.

The hotel itself was great, clean & good sized rooms, comfortable bed, lovely indoor / outdoor bathroom. The location was great & staff helpful. The breakfast was also good. The one downside was the quality of food at lunch & dinner. Whilst prices were good, the quality wasn’t great. Nothing terrible but poorly seasoned & not the best cooked. Given that a few doors down there was much better for more or less identical price this is an area that could be improved.

The hotel was hard to find as the entrance is not prominent, though its at the end of the road of Otres beach. Going in, it’s like stepping into beach itself. The room is spacious and minimalist. Caring thoughts like mosquitoes repellent and coil are present and appreciated. Do remember to put mosquito repellent there. The compound is small but opens up to a tranquil part of Otres beach.

grosse déception. éviter Otres.eviter Tamu

Déception sur l’ensemble de notre séjour. tout d’abord les environs et l'arrivée à l’hôtel. Un véritable chaos, pas de vrai route, et une saleté sans nom, des détritus partout, et jusqu’en face de l’hôtel. des travaux partout. Après cette arrivée déconcertante, on nous donne notre chambre.il faut se rincer les pieds avec une jarre d’eau jaunie... (il y a du sable partout dans l’hotel) un bruit incessant provenant d’un générateur a vite rendu notre séjour insupportable. les draps sont tachés et plus très blanc. et pour couronner le tout, notre salle de bain est trempée, l’eau de la douche ne s’évacuant pas. le soir nous avons eu deux coupures d’électricité. le petit dej est correct, et nous avons eu les seuls sourires de notre séjour. le lieu est face à la plage (qui ne fait pas rêver. la encore des détritus jonchent le sable). Avant de partir j’ai demandé a garder la chambre une heure de plus ce qui nous a été refusé (bien sûr c’est leur droit même après une nuit aussi horrible) A notre départ j’ai fait part de ces désagréments (eau de la douche et surtout le bruit) mais la personne n’a pas semblée vraiment intéressée par notre séjour gâché. nous avons payé bien sûr plein pot. y compris un transfert aéroport facturé 20 dollars dans une voiture hors d’age alors que l’on se trouve proche de l aéroport. donc je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit. je ne comprend pas les 10/10 dans un environnement aussi détestable. et enfin cet hôtel ne vaut pas 4 étoiles....

Beautiful hotel!

Tamu Otres was such a lovely hotel! Friendly staff, beautiful views, comfortable rooms and it really looked just as the pictures. I'd love to come here again. The only negative things I can think of is that: - it would be that there's a lot of new hotels being built nearby, so I guess it won't be as calm in the future. - the wifi could be better.

Great location for just relaxing. Staff were always willing to assist in any enquiry without bother. Special mention goes to the young lady who waitresses on the morning who I am certain has put a smile on many guests faces. I will return.

Sihanoukville is not a city worth to stay one night. But if you do, Tamu Otres is definitly the best hotel around, where to stay. Although it is a bit outside, it is absolutly worth it. A beautiful hotel, good situated at an amazing beach. The rooms are nicely decorated. The pool is amazing and the restaurant is calm and enjoyable. Breakfast and lunch were delicious. We had nothing to worry about our whole stay. The staff were continous friendly, well trained and helpful. Amazing place!!! Perfektes Hotel. Die Stadt lohnt sich nicht! Wenn man jedoch dennoch hier übernachten möchte, dann ist dieses Hotel genau das Richtige. Zwar etwas außerhalb jedoch absolut jeden Meter und Cent wert. Ruhig und angenehm eingerichtet. Toller Strand. Das Personal in jeder hinsicht hilfsbereit und nett. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Absolute Empfehlung

适合纯度假的酒店，因为地理位置比较偏远

酒店还算可以，不论是服务还是装修风格，就是到酒店的路实在太累，连tutu司机都不认识，都觉得远，也许等西哈努克得公路在修一下就方便许多了，酒店门口的马路也很烂，大晴天都是大水坑，不过酒店里面就不错了，泳池也很干净，每天下午总会游个泳，房间门口也有沙滩椅，很舒服，酒店的早饭，是点餐加自助形式的，自助的主要是面包，水果，饮料什么的，点餐的主要是套餐形式的，比如炒饭，汉堡，薯条，还有需要调制的咖啡饮料，酒店门口的海水一般，不过这里的海本来就一般，沙滩还可以，整体很舒服，推荐，就是从市中心到酒店的路，各位要做好准备

Petit coin de paradis sur une très belle plage. Cuisine délicieuse, personnel souriant et agréable. Perdu après des constructions pharaoniques en cours de réalisation, il faut vous dépêcher de profiter de cet havre de paix.

素敵なホテルです。

シアヌークビルには多くの中国人観光客が訪れていますが、このホテルには宿泊されていませんでした。とても静かでリラックス出来ました。缶ビールは1.5US$でした。ランチに8US$のハンバーガーを注文しましたがメニューに Tamu Burger(Meat 250g)とありましたが実物は80g位だったのはご愛嬌でしょうか。クリーニングは枚数では無く重量制で1kg単位で1.5US$と激安でした。規模は小さいですがとても良いホテルだと思います。

Great Hotel at End of Otres 2

Just love the hotel landscape, attentiveness of the staff, and the awesome food and beverages! As it was also my birthday, they decorated the bed with flowers, gave me 2 cocktails on the house, and of course a birthday song with cake! Thanks for making me feel so special :)

Fabulous hotel

Hotel in great location on beach. Highlight was beautiful breakfast served on beach. Friendly staff. Plenty other hotels with restaurants and bars lined up along the beach. Highly recommend tamu.

Beautiful beach-hotel

Tamu is a real Oasis in the middle of a some-what idle area. Plus: TOTAL relaxation and gorgeous beach/beach-side restaurant. MINUS: The check-in service was some-what indifferent and forgot to confirm our cap to the airport the next day. But all in all - worth the recommendation.

BEL ETABLISSEMENT MODERNE FACE LA PLAGE

Bel établissement moderne et tout proche de la plage. Les chambres possèdent une salle de bain extérieure. Nous avions une chambre face à la piscine. Nous avons apprécié les chapeaux et paniers de plage dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner sur la plage était excellent avec un personnel très agréable. Merci pour l'accueil de Matilde que nous avons vu lors de notre départ. Travaux dans le quartier mais qui n'impactent pas cet hôtel. La plage de l'hôtel est propre mais ce n'est pas le cas dans les environs (suivant les courants)
