The hotel it self is decent and the staff are very kind and helpful. The sky bar served a burger with mild growing on the bun… they took the burger back and did not charge us. Sihanoukville itself is the worst place I’ve been on earth, it’s dirty and destroyed. The city is littered in trash and half complete buildings. Spent 12km looking for food and walked the entire beach strip to find nothing. The hotel is fine but I’d wish no one to go to Sihanoukville…

Staff were outstanding very helpful and respectful. The only down side was the sky bar, we went for dinner looking for a nice evening enjoying the view unfortunately there was a group there doing karaoke that was excessively loud for the small area so we’re we unable to enjoy anything. Another couple also wanted to sit outside for a nice dinner and drinks and they were forced inside because of the excessive volume of the karaoke music and horrible singing. So that was a disappointment. Something like that should be done at a karaoke bar or some other venue when I went to my room I could still hear the karaoke music and was unable to get much rest.

Our sky bar we do have 2 option in-door and out-door and for out-door we do have a small stage for everyone who wish to sing their own song some time, but time limit is 23:00 only after this nobody can request any more song.

The staff and facilities were excellent. The mattress was a bit hard for me but perfect for my wife. With two different people you never get the perfect mattress so it's not on them. The only thing that was a little off setting is that they were slightly hard to find. The GPS would get you close but as they were not on the road and set back a bit, it just made it slightly harder to find.

Newer place. Everything well designed. Nice staff. Long walk from the sights in Sihanouk but nothing a tuk tuk can't solve. Id stay here again.

I've stayed at countless hotels in the area, and Siha is the best. Great rooms and customer service. Their Skybar is also top notch.

Lovely new property with clean modern rooms and amazing showers! We loved the separate toilet area and the safe was huge so felt very secure. Tea making and kettle available as well as fridge, water and tv that allows Netflix access. The manager was very helpful to us allowing a later check out as we arrived late and helping with a car to the bus station when we got let down by a tuk tuk driver. Great Customer Service!! We would return.

Séjour de 3 nuits dans ce bel hôtel casino Un peu loin du centre mais avec un TUK TUK vous êtes rapidement à destination Établissement neuf, belle chambre spacieuse Matelas très ferme Bon petit déjeuner Personnel adorable Pas de piscine peut-être le seul inconvénient quoique en 10 minutes de transport vous avec la très belle indépendance beach Je recommande cet établissement

L'hôtel a un tres bon personnels, tres serviables et a l'écoute, L'hôtel a un casino a l'entrée Il y a pas de salon de massage L'entrée de l'hôtel ce trouve dans une petite rue donc un peut compliquer a trouvé la première fois L'hôtel ce trouve éloigné ducentre ville
