Absolutely appalling experience! The hotel prioritized an event, booking every room except ours. The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area. Despite our complaints to the staff, the noise was unbearable, even on the top floor, drowning out the TV. We were forced to leave the resort and spend hours elsewhere to escape the chaos. The noise continued until after 11 pm, ruining our stay. We had an overnight stay here before our 17hr journey home. We strongly advise against this resort - the lack of consideration for guests and unsanitary conditions make it a place to avoid at all costs!

Sehr ungepflegte Anlage, Sonnen-Liegen zerbrochen, am Strand genau 3 Stück, davon 1 zerbrochen. Frühstück sehr einfach, Kaffee kalt und ungeniessbar. Strand selber dzt nur über staubige Baustelle erreichbar, ganzen Tag vorbeifahrende Baufahrzeuge.

The property is not maintained and is in the centre of a building site. You should not have it as a hotel on your site until the building work is complete. The rooms were dirty, we had hot water and TV failures. The decking around the pool is dangerous. The hotel will be knocked down or renovated and renamed at some stage. You should not be offering this property to your clients at this stage.

Staff was great but there is construction everywhere , including the beach. I suggest taking the boat to one of the small islands near by. They are paradise.

Pessimo

Non è un resort. Un semplice albergo a tre stelle. Pulizia deludente. Lenzuola ed asciugamani macchiati o bucati. La camera enorme, peccato siano puzzolenti di muffa o peggio di fogna. La braga del bagno era intasata con frequenti rigurgiti fognari sul pavimento del bagno. Ho reclamato in reception: mi hanno mandato la donna a pulire e posizionato una candela profumata!!! A mio figlio di 21 anni, hanno assegnato non un letto ma una brandina con materasso inesistente. L’aria condizionata era rumorosa e dallo spilt usciva polvere. Ho dovuto aprirlo e pulirmi i filtri con acqua calda per elimare la polvere di tre anni!Non ci era la doccia ma una vasca stretta priva di tenda e così si allagava il bagno costantemente. Non ci sono i quattro ristoranti descritti sul sito e mi meraviglio che Hotels non abbia controllato prima di scrivere che questo albergo abbia servizi inesistenti. Sauna e bagno turco erano spenti per risparmiare!! Dovevo chiedere di accendere la sauna ed aspettare 1 ora per raggiungere una temperatura di 70 gradi. Mancavano teli x la spa ed l’angolo doccia invaso di insetti e zanzare!! Se volevi un massaggio, il servizio era eseguito in pubblico davanti alla piscina e alla reception. La spiaggia è costituita da 12 ombrelloni con relativi lettini: mancavano i teli mari e la reception ci ha dato due teli doccia da camera e non tre, perché non ne aveva!! La colazione monotona e ripetitiva: spesso mancava cibo e dovevano chiedere. CHIEDO IL RIMBORSO DI QUANTO SPESO

バスルームの換気扇が壊れていて換気ができないせいか部屋が黴臭かった。チェックアウト直前に断水となり、ホテルの受付にクレームするも「No way」の返事。海水浴から戻ったがシャワーを浴びることができず。ベトベトのまま空港に移動せざるを得なかった。最悪。。。

Nice sport

Great staff, nice location :) Always remember to use Passapp to order transportation, 2-3 times cheaper than what the driver want you to pay. Then showed what the app says it should be, drivers usually do not say anything back.

部屋は中庭のプールに面し、ホテル自体もビーチの目の前にありますので、のんびり過ごすのに最高です。 ただ宿泊した部屋が1階（地上階）だったせいか、排水がちょっと悪くて慌てました。また、部屋によるのかも知れませんがエアコンの風がベッドを直撃するので何故か熱帯で風邪をひいて帰りました！

Sihanoukville ist eine einzige Baustelle auch der ruhigere Teil, wo sich das Hotel befindet. Das Hotel und der Zugang zum Meer ist in desolatem Zustand, überall Müll und kaputte Häuser, Liegen, usw.. Unser Zimmer lag am Pool (für den Pool ein Pluspunkt), mehr Positives kann darüber nicht berichtet werden. Es roch nach Zigaretten und die Toilettenspülung hat nicht funktioniert. Im zweiten Zimmer funktionierte die Spülung irgendwann auch nicht mehr und es roch nach abgestandenem Wasser teil Urin. Die Strandlage macht nicht viel her, weil sich der Hotelteil in schlechtem Zustand befindet. Positiv war noch das Frühstück. Das Hotel befindet sich wohl unter chinesischer Leitung. Es schien so, dass der chinesische Besitzer da war und beim Frühstück die Anstellten von oben herab behandelt hat. Das war mein Eindruck. Sehr schade für die Kambodschaner. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen. Am besten man nutzt Sihanoukville nur als kurzen Stopp um auf die Inseln zu gelangen. Schade für die Einheimischen.

The stay was great. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Very poor road conditions caused us to many time sitting in traffic whereas we could have done a tour. Boat trip to islands was funtastic. Had a great time

It was difficult to check in. They could not find me on their list so it too awhile to check in but didnt explain the reason. The room was very rusty and humid. Our phone was broken. Be careful with getting a tuktuk through the hotel. They didnt tell me the price when I asked and I had to pay for 25$. I used Passapp and had to pay only 8$ when going back to hotel. But their private beach was nice.

Eigentlich ist das Hotel sehr schön und hat einen wunderschönen Pool. Leider gibt sich das Personal zu wenig Mühe auch in den Zimmern einen Topzustand oder das Frühstücksbuffet bis zum Schluss aufrecht zu halten. Die Minibar wird nicht aufgefüllt, der Abfall im Zimmer selber gesammelt und aufgestapelt. Hab eine Massage bestellt, ist nie angekommen. Hauseigener Taxidienst ist nicht gewährleistet, darum ist es sehr schwer, ein Taxi zu bekommen. Das Hotel liegt zu weit weg von der Stadt, die Taxipreise sind hoch (20$). Dafür ist das Restaurant der Hit. Am Abend da essen und dazu die eigene Musik zu hören bzw. ziu sehen, ist schon feudal. Der DJ macht seinen Job super! Der Strand ist relativ sauber, einfach nicht dahinter schauen. Es ist sehr ruhig hier!

Läget på Otres beach var mycket bra med promenader på den långa stranden och många mysiga restauranger med god mat. Hotellet var mycket bra med bra frukost och god mat på restaurangen. Vi är mycket nöjda.

Hotellet läge vid stranden gjorde det otroligt bekvämt. Egna Strandsängar med parasoll och fint i vattnet. Kan varmt rekommendera att ta en båttur ut till öarna med någon av de lokala som säljer sina turer på stranden.

Frukost nere vid stranden

Läget är ett av dom bättre längs stranden. Frukosten serveras varje morgon av kockar nere på stranden med blick över Thailandsviken. Hotellet har en egen yta med egna solstolar. Rummen är stora och luftiga. Bra sängar och mörkläggande gardiner för en god nattsömn.

レストランから、まったくやる気が感じられない。リネンサービスについても、タオルを交換するのではなく下げるのみで、フロントに言わないと新しいタオルや足ふきマットを持ってこない。元々日本人がオーナーだったが、現在は中国人オーナーに変わったそうで、宿泊客も中国人が多くなったのは納得。
