"We have stayed at Blackcomb Suites many times and are always pleased with the hotel, staff, amenities, and location. This time we were put on the 3rd floor which I assumed was higher up but was ground floor. A little boggy outside our balcony, a little less pleasant than the upper floors. I would recommend asking for a higher floor for comfort and safety. Otherwise it is a wonderful place to stay!"

"Very clean room. I'm very very nice staff. The power was out when we arrived, and they figured out how to get us in our room. It's a bit weird because the hotel is in a shopping mall parking lot, but we were very pleased with the accommodations. And the quality of the room. We would definitely stay here again! But worth noting that we use hotel rooms for sleeping. And we're very rarely in the room or at the property other than to sleep."

"A couple of exhausted 75 yr olds....We received parking pass. But no info other than to drive around back. Parked our car and realized we could not see a way out of the parking structure. Waited for a car to leave and asked them how to get out:/ was not told where to park for easy access to our room. Walk twice as far as needed to. Usually notified of WiFi access but had to call down for info on key holder. Sorry to have bothered him. Room was great and comfortable!"

"Our stay was lovely. The only thing that could have been improved upon was check in. We were travelling with a newborn and toddler and weren’t able to check in early/there wasn’t any private space to feed/change etc. which would have been useful."
