"The chalet was very clean and comfortable, with easy parking and check in instructions. Views are wonderful. We were able to use the tourist card for free buses and discounts on local activities. Had a great stay here and would have loved to stay longer if we could."

"I am happy that I chose Beatenberg Resort & Spa for my first trip to Switzerland. Being up in the mountains, the hotel has incredible views. The bus is free as long as your a guest, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. I got the panoramic room with the balcony, every morning is like waking up in the heavens. The free breakfast has a wide variety of options and the dining room area has great views. You can eat outside on the terrace too. Gym and sauna have everything (steam and cold bath also). The staff are friendly and have excellent manners and graciousness. Everything is clean. Melina and Gelson provided first-class service. I’m already looking to book again for next year, but it’s too early."

"It’s a nice house. What everyone should know is that it requires 50 plus steps to get to it while carrying your suitcases and navigating around sheep poop with no lights at night and sheep all around. Better to arrive during the day and better directions would be to go around and back of the garbage dumpsters and climb the hill. It took us some time to find and the sheep running by the steps somewhat surprised us. House is nice and expect some bugs because in the woods. Great views of the high peaks and amazing landscape"

"If I could give this more stars I would. The property itself is beautiful, from the view to the living room everything was perfect. Vlad was extremely nice (and funny) and helpful helping us find the best routes to hikes and finding us a driver for our very early train ride. This was amazing stay and I can’t wait to come back."
