The property features fiber internet, TV, private jacuzzi, games room with billiards and foosball, a typical Vendée wine cellar, as well as outdoor ping-pong and pétanque court for your enjoyment.



Relax on the 64 m² terrace with stunning views of the river and hills—perfect for unwinding and taking in the scenery.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the dining room (with fiber) with a decorative fireplace, a living room with wood stove, a toilet, and a fitted kitchen opening onto the barbecue and large terrace overlooking the water.



Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms including the lofted sleeping area (bed linen not provided), a shower room with toilet, a bathroom, and a separate toilet with wash area.



Discover a relaxation area with a 6-person jacuzzi (bring your own robes and flip-flops), a converted barn games room, authentic vaulted cellar for games, pétanque court, lawn with swing, and wooded hillside.
