Every where we went on the property everyone was welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel totally pampered. From having delicious dinners at the hotel, to getting assistance planning fun excursions in Cabo, or listening to wonderful live music while sipping a tasty cocktail or Mexican hot chocolate- the Ziva surpassed all of our expectations. We loved opening our patio door and listening to waves crashing against the beach and then going to an exciting teppanyaki meal where the food was as delicious as it was entertaining. We all loved the Hyatt Ziva."
