We booked the hotel pick up service for arrival and departure, but unlucky when we arrived Siem Reap Airport, we can't meet any driver from the hotel and I tried call to hotel for a few times, only 1 times got staff picked up and asked us to hold on but then the line was off.
After that we using the hotel online chat, so we can contact the hotel staff and ask for the pick up. At that moment, it seem your hotel was missed my booking and didn't send any driver for pick up. Then you hotel staff said the driver will come soon, ask me to wait around 15mins, the driver will show a A4 paper with my name under the hotel name.
Then we waited at least for 45mins and a staff came picked us up with a A4 paper only with my name, without your hotel name, it seem that your hotel was totally missed my booking, and when the driver, oh sorry, it wasn't a driver, it is your hotel AM Mike, i cant believe that as a professional hotel offer a pick up service to customer and finally missed the booking order and need a AM come to be a driver, what do you expect customer thinking on your service.
We are really appreciate Mike provide us a good service but on the other side, we feel pity for him that he had to busy as a superman in the hotel no matter is day time or night time when we met him. We hope that your hotel can be more professional on customer service, especially the pick up service.
