Great staffs and service. Room is clean and comfy! We like the fact that everything is walkable and that there is a convenient store near by. We went during Cambodian New Year and it was a blast! Great experience. Would recommend.

The hotel is super. The bedding is perfect with very comfortable mattresses. The pool is excellent, with clear warm water and beautiful surrounding and excellent service poolside. The restaurant has delicious food. We especially liked their great crab rolls and vegetarian spring rolls, club sandwiches and Italian and curried dishes. Ice butterfly tea was addictive. Transportation was especially easy with vehicles always waiting in front of the hotel.

Peaceful, classy haven in the middle of Siem Reap!
My partner and I recently stayed three nights at the Golden Temple Hotel and we both agreed it was one of the nicest hotel stays we've ever experienced, driven not only by the very tasteful aesthetics and fabulous location, but foremost by the exemplary service of the staff. We felt they literally tripping over themselves to ensure we had everything we needed and more, all with that warm Cambodian hospitality. This definitely has a boutique feel to it and you really can't take your eyes off the property and the way it is appointed. Truly classy! The bonus is that it is centrally located on a busy street, but one in the property, you can't really hear any street noise. We splurged on a royal pool-access suite and it was gorgeous. We did have issues with both the A/C and the refrigerator upon check-in, which was not an ideal start, but they had help and robust apologies on it before we could unpack our bags. It was hard to be anything but impressed and grateful, despite the technical hiccups. We were brought a fan in the meantime, which they let us keep even after the A/C was fixed. Breakfast buffet and dinner at the hotel restaurant were both very good and in a lovely setting with great service. (For anyone booking a pedicure, just manage expectations that it is literally just a nail service, no other typical spa element.) All in all though, an absolute top-notch experience and highly recommended!

An oasis
Golden Temple is an oasis in Siem Reap. The staff greeted us at the door of our taxi and invited us in to sit and enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks as we checked in. The room was unique and felt spacious for three. The staff went above and beyond. The food delicious. And the massages wonderful.

Its a Destination in itself
It’s amazing, like a Riad in that coming back from a hot day tour, you don’t even want to venture out again. The pool is lovely, the food is the best I’ve had after 2 months in SE Asia, the spa, the staff the decor. It’s really a destination in itself. I’d never look further if returning to Siem Reap.

The staff go above and beyond but they're limited by the design of the property. Open air hallways, guest registration/services and dining space are not comfortable in hot/humid weather. Lots of big step up and downs around property and in room to bathroom making it vulnerable to guests falling. Beautiful pool area with waterfall and landscaping.

Golden Temple Hotel is a unique place that, by its ambiance, immerses you into the history from the moment you walked into it. It transports you to the past with abundance of details, sculptures, and architecture. It is walking distance to main city tourist market with restaurants and pubs. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel offers access to tuk-tuk and taxi drivers, travel guides and various programs for visiting temples and other places of interest, all for reasonable price. They are also flexible and can accommodate to your wishes. We had excellent tourist guide, Sinet, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spoke excellent English and patiently answered many, many questions about history and customs.

The hotel and staff were amazing especially Nary who looked after our every need. She always had a smile, professional and efficient in everything she done. Our room was beautiful and all hotel facilities. The location was spot-on, a few mins walk from great restaurants, bars and shops. We will definitely be going back.

What makes this place so special is the caring staff. They are so thoughtful and there to support you with any questions or needs you might have during your visit. The food was delicious, the massage relaxing. The front desk staff welcomed me and everyday made me feel like I was coming home (which feels wonderful when you are on a long trip). I would highly recommend this lovely hotel if you are looking for a relaxing, unique and genuine experience of Cambodia. Thanks for the wonderful visit.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is a fantastic small hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. The room was very clean and the aircon fab. Bed very comfortable and a lovely basket of toiletries in bathroom. Also a bottle of wine and fresh fruit in our room when we arrived and we were given money off vouchers for a massage and meals in the hotel. Bed had individual fresh flowers placed all over and the basin in bathroom was full of petals. Some lovely touches. Reception were happy to organise any trips and book taxis or tuk tuk when required. Swimming pool nice and sun beds had two towels on each for your use. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is just a short walk from Pub Street.

Perfect Cambodian Resort
What a great hotel! Service was perfect and staff was very welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. We had happy hour each night in the hotel restaurant. Just a few blocks walk to the main Siem Reap area and off the beaten path, so a little quieter. Definitely would stay here again.

The Golden Temple was absolutely one of my favorite hotel experiences ever. The service was off the charts, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the food was amazing. It was a lifelong dream of mine to visit Angkor Wat, and staying here made it that much more amazing. Highest recommendation.

My Golden Temple Hotel experience was AMAZING. They have free shuttle service from the airport. Upon arrival, they give you a delicious drink and food. They give you $15/person credit towards dinner and $10/person credit towards lunch and a free snack. Also, each person who stays there gets a FREE massage. They think of every little thing. The only negative part of it was the club music that came from next door that played till 2 AM. But this is not the hotel's fault. I would DEFINITELY come back to this hotel again.

I like everything about this place! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable. The location is great, a few minutes walk to the night market. Most of all this place has her own character! The moment you stepped in, you know you’re in Cambodia!

Faultless and the Perfect Stay. A 10/10!
We were quite overwhelmed by how amazing the staff and hospitality was at this hotel. The hospitality is beyond what we have experienced elsewhere and we are frequent travellers. The staff here cater to every need...from the welcome we had with the free pick up from the airport, the welcome drinks/snacks on arrival to the hotel, complimentary discounts on meals at the restaurant, not to mention a great breakfast selection ...to the excursions organised for Angkor Wat and the attention to detail in our room, spa and restaurant. For example within 10minutes of checking out our room we were told we had left a garment behind and this was brought down to us before we left and even before checkout we were called asking if needed help bringing down our luggage as they knew what time we were leaving. We had someone come to our room every afternoon with snacks, information on the weather and even small handouts of Cambodian tales! This is an absolute gem in Cambodia and we cannot recommend it enough. The hotel has the most wonderful staff. I think we definitely will be back again!

Staff are friendly and courteous, services are superb, room is spacious, breakfast has limited choices but is ok. The only thing to be noted is the hotel is right on a busy street with scooters and cars. Street noise could be a problem for some rooms(we did ask for a room change after the first night).

Visiting Siem Reap? Then you need to stay here!
We've been fortune to travel extensively in the Far East & this is by far one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at whilst in this part of the world. Right from the complimentary airport collection in an air conditioned mini bus with free cold drinks to check in at the hotel where the staff are amazing & greeted us with more drinks and snacks whilst checking in. We were given complimentary vouchers for a lunch and dinner which were both fantastic & the hotel even provided us with a mobile phone for when we were out and about if we needed to contact them. The deluxe room we had was beautiful, very spacious, clean and everything was as you'd expect - absolutely faultless. The whole experience was extremely good as everything worked so well together. The staff couldn't do enough to help & the hotel overall including the pool, sun terrace, restaurant & location just made it perfect. Thank you to all the staff at the Golden Temple Hotel who made our stay with them extra special!
