It is perfect place someone what to stay in Siem Reap. Everything ( restaurant / Pub street in walking distance) . Hard Rock Cafe is opposite and you can hear loud music till late night .

We loved our stay here! It is in a really good location, walking distance to some key attractions in Siem Reap. There is a mini mart right next door which became super handy! Plus, the staff were super lovely and helpful! Rooms were a good size and very clean. I very highly recommend Blanc Smith Residence!

A beautiful hotel in close proximity to Pub Street. It’s conveniently located with numerous shops, restaurants and street food vendors all within walking distance by the river. My room was nice and I had a balcony overlooking the street. The bed and pillows were very soft, comfortable and so lux. Even though there is no elevator and the bars across the street played music until whenever time, I was still able to get some much needed rest but others might find it quite bothersome. Their restaurant is very convenient downstairs for a quick bite or Khmer coffee and they offer daily breakfast that includes a variety that range from Western food to delicious local Khmer dishes. I had an early sunrise tour one day and they even packaged it for me for take away at 4 am. All of the hotel staff are very accommodating with warm, generous and kind smiles left an everlasting impression on me. There was a small outdoor pool that I did not get to enjoy while I was there but it did look very inviting. The hotel does not offer laundry service but there were plenty of locals within the block offering their services and it was very affordable. I had a very memorable time staying here in Siem Reap and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable accommodation that will satisfy your requirements. I felt quite happy and safe staying here. I will definitely return again someday.

Nice hotel, we wore given a big room with balcony on the 2nd floor, very clean, comfy king size bed, big modern toilet with a fantastic bathtub that is good for 2 adults easy. The place has amazing staff. English level could be better and there is not a lift, so, if you carry large luggage be prepared. I would definitely be back here as the price/quality is very good.

What a great hotel, the remodel was amazing the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They set up a driver ( Von ) for my daily trips and Theara as my tour guide and he was so knowledgeable and made sure I learned about all the temples as well as the people and culture of Cambodia.. be sure to ask for Theara & Von if you want the perfect sightseeing

Housekeeping needs improvement. Smelly towels , did not change sheets for 6 days. Breakfast was ok. Location of hotel is good, but there are plenty of other hotels in the same vicinity. Not recommended.

Hotel close to town
Nice boutique hotel very close to old market and pub street. Everything is just opening up after COVID so hotel at this stage did not have restaurant. Pool area small, not really comfortable for lounging but good to cool down in. Rooms good size, beds very comfortable. Tv only worked if you had Netflix or YouTube. Nice staff, very helpful so good priced hotel if you want to be close to action, no lift so if mobility issue stairs may not be for you

The breakfast is amazing, this was one of the highlights of my stay in Siam Reap. The location is good, the people who work there are all really friendly and the rooms are clean and large. I want to go back there. Downside, the pool is small and close a busy road which can be noisy and the air pollution can be bad.

Good stay!!
Staff was excellent. Also it was well located.Room was clean and had everything that we needed. The breakfast was excellent but we ordered a box breakfast for our morning sunrise tour of Angor Wat and it was really not good at all. Really not edible. We were starving when we got back after our tour but breakfast was over. However there is a great coffee shop attached to the hotel. We had an excellent lunch there. Box breakfast aside we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unrivalled customer service from start to finish
Great location within easy walk of Pub Street. This hotel offers spacious, modern rooms with a pleasant balcony to watch Cambodian life go by. The service at this hotel was second to none from before we even got there with a complimentary tuk-tuk transfer from the airport. This great service continued throughout our stay to include reception staff, bar man and cleaning staff. We also booked a day trip to the famous Angkor Wat complex through the hotel and were very impressed with both price and quality. The only possible compliant is a slight bit of noise from Hard Rock Cafe over the road, but this was manageable. We would definitely staying at this hotel again and will be recommending to anyone who stays in Seam Reap in the future.

Blanc Smith Magic.
Excellent hotel with staff to match, special mention to Mr Sam who picked us up from the airport, also Ms Nary at the front desk and Ms Seang who always had a big smile on her face at our lovely breakfast. The hotel is in an excellent location with regards to all the bars and restaurants also the night market. If we ever come back to Siem Reap I would not hesitate to rebook at The Blanc Smith again.

I had numerous issues with the wooden bed frame as it stuck out 3 or more inches past the mattress. As such I scrapped both legs on many occassions drawing blood. In addition at night I also tripped over the end of the bed frame en route to the bathroom one night. I am still very sore after the fall. This is the first time I have ever tripped over a bed frame in hundreds of hotel rooms. I received a verbal apology from the management. We paid our dinner and lunch meals we had charged to our room and then drove to the airport The beds should be replaced and I would not recommend this hotel until they do.

Lovely hotel.

Great hotel , friendly staffs and good location
A wonderful experience of staying at Blanc Smith Residence. The hotel is located at the center of the Siem Reap. You can walk to many tourist attractions, for example, Pub Street, Hard Rock Cafe, Made in Cambodia, and night markets...etc. A 7 x 24 market is right next to the hotel so that you can get a drink or snack anytime you want. I would like to compliment your entire staff for being so professional. With smile on their faces, they have been really very impressive in their service. A special thanks to Ms June, Ms Nary and Mr. Sam helping me. (Also, I forgot to get name of a male staff who is wearing a glasses.)
