"We stayed here for two nights, the room and bathroom were superb, facilities were excellent and just a short drive to Cognac. Very quiet at night, we enjoyed a very good nights sleep. "We spent a wonderful 5 nights here to explore the cognac region. The staff are fantastic, the gardens beautiful, and the food absolutely superb. They have a large selection of cognacs to taste too. Even though the mattress was a little too firm for our liking, we still slept well. A wonderful place to stay and would love to return. "

"We had a great stay in this guesthouse. The guys were excellent hosts. I was nursing an injury from the the Camino and they were really kind and helpful. When we first arrived, hot and tired, we were greeted with a cool drink in the shade and we knew that we were in the right place. Tu has good local knowledge and helped with things like dinner reservations and fresh fruit from their orchard. We would definitely recommend this little oasis. "

"This is our second time staying here while driving from Netherlands to San Sebastian. The first time was so great we did it again and this time was even better. The staff is 10/10 amazing. Very patient with my bad French even thought they spoke English perfectly. Claire even spoke a good amount of Dutch. She checked us in and helped us with the menu and was overall a sparkling ray of sunshine. The dinner and drinks were great. This is a classic motel. Clean, hot shower, comfy bed, fabulous staff, close to the highway. It is older but not in a bad way. It has character and is just a great place!"
