"Service is excellent. Being upgraded to bigger room. The only issue is the area is very noisy. We also can hear banging from the top floor which I believe is a dismantling of event equipment. Other than that service is excellent and great location. "

"The hotel is very clean and the staff very nice and friendly the breakfast was very good and lot’s of options the only thing is only 2 medium bath towels in the bathroom not even good Quality towel.no hand towel , not even wash cloth for cleaning up my face Come on!!"

"Got interconnecting King & Deluxe Rooms for my family. Deserving of a 5star for the price point. Rooms and toilets were modern and clean, beds/pillows comfortable, just 10mins drive from the big Tunjungan Mall, Service staff attentive and polite. They went out of their way to search up massage parlours that we can go to since it is not available at hotel. Breakfast spread was good too. Our only grouse is that almost the whole bathroom gets wet due to the open concept shower area. Will certainly be back when next in Surabaya. "
