"Absolutely perfect from start to finish! This property is incredible. Definitely a must stay in Victoria! The grounds are like castle gardens. Stunning to wander around and smell the roses. Every staff member was so helpful and pleasant to interact with. The amenities were incredible! I am very picky and I loved their rose lotion! Food here is incredible! Our room view was so stunning from our tower suite! You can walk pretty much everywhere from this location! And they will arrange your transportation to any further attractions. The Old Spaghetti Factory is nearby and we highly recommend trying it! Our room was incredible and kept immaculately clean! Room services for meals is precise to your order and right on time! The entire staff goes way above and beyond to make your stay memorable and seamless! You won’t want to leave! "

"The Oswego in Victoria, BC exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. Comfortable lounge area at the front and the restaurant/bar had the most amazing bar manager and bartenders. Food was excellent. Our room was clean and spacious. Location excellent to walk the harbour area."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rialto and plan on returning. Very well located 5-15 minute walk to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Room was ver comfortable. The surprise was the bar/restaurant downstairs. Great drinks, food and service! So nice on those evenings when you just want a little something since they open late. "
