"Room was clean. Bed was great, good pillows too. One suggestion: have better access to electrical outlets on the bed side tables for people who need to charge phones, etc. The outlets were under the shelves, which for older folks are really hard to get to. I used the outlet that didn't have any shelf, because I couldn't get down to the ones by the bed. Also no outlets available at the desk. "

"The room needed a major detail vacuuming. Edges of carpet were dusty, chairs needed vacuuming, just not up to cleaning standards. "

"Have to call to have someone come to desk ad they live onsite. Very friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Room temp control very finicky."

"Room 130 has food slopped on the wall, and in the lampshade. Old car mats by the backdoor, lobby smells like a casino...staff smokes next to the A/C unit..air intake ..GENIUS..lol"
