No pool. Down for maintenance. Did not find out until we got to the facility & it was non refundable. Could not afford to NOT stay. We made the most of it. Booked a room at another facility the next night that had their pool open, beautiful rooms, great staff & half the price.

The housekeeping could certainly be improved. All the Kureg k-cups had been used and plastic covering cups were opened. There were no towels. Phones also didn’t work. we were lucky. Others in our travel group had gross bathroom that were obviously not cleaned or beds with black dog fur in sheets. The positives- they allowed use of the space they serve breakfast for all of us to hang out in and the kids to play games together and the breakfast was good.

Easy to find, close to shopping area, easy check in and check out. Only downfall was pool was closed for maintenance and we had booked this particular hotel so could bring our kid swimming but otherwise we had a comfortable stay.
