The people at the front desk could be a little more friendly (a bit rude and cold at times), but the servers and the other staff at the hotel were very helpful, welcoming, and hospitable. "First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely stay again for a relaxing holiday."

"Other than the Policy that bared me from having my cousin stay with me because he is a National and I was born in the U.S. The hotel was wonderful. I came from America to visit my family. My family lives about 2 hours away so i wanted a place to sleep before I go. This was perfect. A lot of security, very close to the beach. A bar, a restaurant. The rooms are beautiful. "
