"The hotel staff was extraordinary. From the restaurant staff to the breakfast crew, they met our every need with a smile. The front desk helped us with tours, directions, reservations, ferry times and everything in between. We felt very valued and cared for. "The bar tender was amazing, we didnt get his name, but he was the best for our morning breakfasts. It was unfortunate that there were large party bookings every night of our stay so we couldnt enjoy the restaurant, but the service and staff were great. Really nice spot, great view and close to stufe di nerone which is a must if you stay here. "
