"Everything was great just had an issue trying to call front desk to bring items we were out of to our room and staff saying no one is on phone when we went to desk with no apologies. Leaking fridge in our room which had soaked carpet and appeared to have been leaking for sometime. So just a couple small inconveniences that were disappointing for price we were paying. But we did enjoy hotel it had a really nice outside area to relax after a day of enjoying Nantucket! And it was walkable to town no need to rent car or bikes. We found Lyft to be cheapest way to get to further out locations."
