"Due to the nature of my job, I travel abroad for business every week, and I think this hotel would be in my top ten worst hostels I have ever stayed at. The condition of the hotel itself wasn't bad, but some of the staff (at reception) were completely unprofessional. Their reaction was essentially, "Refunds aren't available according to policy, so what are you supposed to do about it?" Furthermore, when I requested a room upgrade (paying extra), they demanded double the cost of rebooking the room. Their attitude is incomprehensible."

"Everything was very nice. I stay at the Seda whenever I am in Quezon City. The rooms are nice, everything is modern, it's very clean, the pool is nice, and the buffet breakfast is extensive and very good. "

"We stayed here for 5 nights and cannot fault this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a good variety of dishes including a chef ready to cook your eggs, your way. Located in Chinatown, when walking outside there was obvious poverty but at no time did we feel unsafe. A short walk away was the Lucky Chinatown Mall, where we had many options for restaurants. Street food is also available."

".The breakfast service needs clearer instructions on how to order custom egg preparations (such as omelettes or sunny-side-up eggs). I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay. I eventually had to ask my server for clarification"
