"Learning about the historic building of the Madison Historic Eagle Cotton Mill Marriott made our stay extra special, and the river view was a bonus! The breakfast choices were very good, and the quiche and omelets were delicious! Our room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately the walls were thin enough for us to hear our neighbors. I would stay there again!"

"Beautiful rooms in fabulous location. Room was in excellent condition. Balcony area on lower floor still has lovely view of Madison. Balcony light didn't work. Room had queen bed and table with 2 chairs. Outlets on radio and desk lamp. Roomy closet space. Side chair. Refrigerator but no microwave. Several clothes drawers. Nice bathroom with coffee maker on the counter that had slide in coffee packs. Complementary shampoo, sewing kit, and q-tips. Coffee maker limits use of bath counter but not a deal breaker. Staff very nice. Full breakfast offered in lower level included eggs which didnt taste all that great. Bacon, sausage, waffles. They had other items but I don't remember what they were. Nice view downstairs eating area obstructed slightly by some windows that were not clean..musty smell in lower level eating area and in main lobby was off putting and staff should have taken care off. Individual Rooms smelled great. Docked one point for the musty smell. I would stay here again."

"This place was so cute and the hosts were great. I booked this trip on a whim because I was looking for some R&R and was so enchanted by my time in Madison. Everyone I met was so friendly and I can't wait to come back. Honestly, I could have spent the whole trip just in the rental- it was so well designed and comfortable. "This Home is First class! They did a fabulous job remodeling to make it some what up to date, but kept the look, feel of the historic presence of Madison! Great location, short walk to the river and shops! You will fall in love with this place! I’m recommending this place to everyone I know wanting to spend time in Madison!!! 5 stars all day long!
