"Everything was amazing! First of all the design of every detail from the entrance, to the lobby, the rooms and the roof garden was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and endearing, as well as very adept with English. The location was ideal. The complementary laundry facility was a real bonus. The chef was also great! "My partner and I visited Japan recently and this was our favorite hotel stay. The property is about a 7 minute walk from the train station, and a 15ish minute walk to the main shopping areas. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and locally owned shops as well. While they charge an extra fee for early check in, we were able to leave our luggage in the lobby and explore the town until the check in time began. Staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. The room is gorgeous and while a little on the smaller side, it was extremely cozy, clean and quiet. Would 100% stay here again and take advantage of the on-site restaurant."
