Room was what you would expect for the description they had on the booking.
There was a very distinctive closed-up smell (lack of fresh air) & the bathroom needs a bit of maintenance - toilet roll holder & toilet seat was loose, shower had a small amount of mould in the silicon & a few tiles had cracks.
Continental breakfast (food) was all good, unfortunately there was no area to sit in warmth (only outside seating available) & weren't allowed to take plates/cups back to your room.

"The tiny home is located right next to the Avon River South, which was flowing when we were there. The view across the farm is beaut but the real treat is at night when the stars come out, just amazing. Lachlan is an excellent host; friendly, quick with communication and helpful.
