"夫婦＋小さい子供2人の4人での宿泊でしたが、夜、朝ご飯共に子供にも配慮してくださった食事を提供いただいたり、時間の変更にも対応してくださったり、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。5歳の子も楽しんでくれたようで、次はもう少し早く来ようねと、再訪をを希望しておりました。 建物は確かに古いですが、それが温泉旅館、的なところもありますし、水回りもそこまで気になりませんでした。時間の関係で今回は露天風呂に入らなかったので、次はそちらも楽しめたら良いなと思いました。 ありがとうございました。"

"The service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a positive experience. The only reason for putting 4 stars is that the bathroom in our room had a strong ammonia smell. Also, as a heads up, I went with my elderly mother and the building had steep stairs to get to the bath and dining, and the room was not exactly barrier free and we tripped over a couple of times (We didn't think much of it at the time of booking, so it's our fault) Otherwise, it was a great!"

"愛知県の自然に囲まれた素敵なお宿でした。愛知県在住ですが、なかなか県内旅行の機会はありませんでした。今回コロナで県外への行動制限により、このような発見ができてよかったです。古い建物ですので最新の設備ではありませんが、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。(自然の中ですので虫は仕方がないと思います。) お食事も地産地消で楽しめました。忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、丁寧な梱包で迅速に対応して頂けました。"

"We stayed 2 weeks, the staff were fantastic. Always greated with a smile and to make sure our stay was great. Great breakfast, plenty of food and tables to for everyone. Location is very convenient for transportation, few minutes to trains and buses. Plenty of restaurant options and shopping very nearby. Hammamatsu has a lot to offer and comfort hotel was fantastic."
