"客室でたばこが吸えないのがきつかったです。お客様が外国人だった為、いちいち部屋を出て喫煙場へ案内しなければならなかったです。 喫煙可の部屋設定も必要かと思いました。"

"Nice room for a short stay. Good breakfast."

"staff is kind"

"Front desk staff very helpful! Spacious room, very convenient location"

"The hotel features large updated rooms with windows on the bay so it is delightful watching the sun rise and moon from the comfort of your room. The hot baths are excellent. The dinners and breakfasts vary every day and are both outstanding. The price for all this is reasonable. And, let’s not forget the free shuttle to the train station. I felt that staff was over worked and I’m not sure if there were enough staff people."

"Very nice staff, rooms are clean"

"It is a lovely stay, a nice break from the city like Tokyo and such. Nice view out to the water, not far from Toba Station and Toba Aquarium. The staff is very helpful and patient with foreigners. The dinner they offer is amazing quality and fresh, a bit pricey but you are getting what you pay for."

"The location was so good next to the beach and close to Meoto-iwa and Futami koshitama Shrine. Walking distance. There was only one lift. Took long to go back to room and go out due to some group of guests were accommodated."

"The staff take great care. Breakfast was amazing "

"Parking was plenty, it was right next to the train station and breakfast was great."

"Great airport hotel! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and cheap, hassle-free parking. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and having two convenience stores right downstairs made everything super convenient. Excellent value for money. Would happily stay again!"

"The ocean view was wonderful, very calm, peaceful."

"Great location near Chita Handa Station. Very nice staff and good breakfast."
