"We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you step on the beach you will be surrounded by bracelet ,safari etc sellers, even tho we said no multiple times they dont seem to understand and follow you everywhere you go, put us off from going to the beach. "

"Wow, wow, wow we have just rerurned and there is nothing that we can complain about with this hotel. The location is breath taking, the bungalows are gorgeous with everything you need, and more. Gorgeous linen, comfortable bedding, luxurious toiletries and more, more, more. Hotel grounds beautiful and so well kept by your exceptional gardening team, always smiling and there with a coconut of fresh flowers. The food is exceptional, always fresh and plenty to choose from and akwats served with a smile. Cocktails from the wonderful STANLEY are world class and I'm sure we will see more and more and Stanley and Collins ( another wonderful barman) continue to master their creations. I have to give STANLEY a special mention as nothing, and I mean nothing, was too much trouble and we spent evenings chatting and learned so much about his life and it added something very special to an already amazing holiday. My final special mention goes to beautiful Theresa, always smiling, asking about our day and dancing. From the second she saw us she welcomed us in with a warm hug and served drinks and fresh bitings. The whole team at Neptune Palm are incredible but Stanley and Theresa made our holiday unforgettable and we will be back to see them. If you are wondering whether to book....stop... just book and I can gurantee you will not be disappointed !!! "

"Excellent hotel right on a great fine sand beach. Very attentive staff throughout the hotel, from check in, restaurant, security, house keeping and even the gardeners. Lots of space in apartment, good facilities, including well equipped kitchen and even a laundry room. We stayed 2 weeks in total, with a few nights out on excursions and felt very safe leaving our belongings in the apartment. Miriam on reception was particularly helpful assisting us arrange various trips out. Too many good people to call out but must shout out Valeria in the restaurant and Mkala in security for all their help… as well as everyone around the pool and sun loungers who just made us really comfortable… I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for a long safe relaxing stay…"
