"An amazing experience and stay! We spent two nights in the ryokan and it was a highlight of our trip. "ロケーションが駅から少し離れていたので飲食店など選択肢に限りがありますが、入った店がとても良かったので全く不満なしです。チェックインはQRコードでタッチパネルでログインできたかと思いきや、その後カウンターでスタッフに確認などあり完全自動ではないので結局順番待ちすることになってしまったのが少し残念です。あと、ドアは暗証番号で開錠するのですが、手順にはない最後に”E”（Enter?）を押さないと開きません。色々試して飽きましたが書いておけば済む話です。室内は綺麗だし必要十分な設備だし、コンテナならではの静かで隣を気にしなくて良いので水回りの音も気にならないので最高です。また、電子レンジも室内にありビジホより快適。駐車場は自分の部屋前に止められると思ったら、自分の部屋前には駐車場がなく、少し離れた場所に停めました。これは大きなマイナス点です。"

"Peaceful retreat in the forest: This gorgeous 12 room modern hotel is an oasis of calm! Shuttle pick ip from Nagisu station or the end of the Nagasendo trail parking lot makes this hotel easily accessible for those who really want to get off of the beach track! The hotel is surrounded by greenery. It boasts an outstanding traditional restaurant with an incredible kaiseki set menu for dinner. Breakfast is also provided. Private rooms for dining are available. The beautiful onsen has outdoor wooden baths as well, allowing one to soak in nature, literally!"

"It was a mix of Japanese and American style hotel. My room was spacious but had a tatami bed. The hotel itself felt more like an American hotel except, of course, for the soaking pools. The reason why is that the breakfasts and dinners were all buffet which is a bit different from kaseiki. Other than that, the all you can drink sake, wine and beer anytime was great. They even had a self serve soft serve ice cream machine!"

"A small but lovely hot spring onsite. Price was very reasonable. Free breakfast was nice. Organic vegetables was a nice touch. Room was serviceable but similar to a business hotel in size. One nice touch was tge large table and bench. Nice for foreigners that there were English instructions throughout hotel. Air conditioning, and toilet had English. Iida is a lovely city, I particularly like the apple Street. It must be lovely in apple season. And senjojiki cirque is only 25 mins drive away. Would definitely recommend."

We also went in the onsen and had in house massages which were amazing. If we’re ever lucky enough to come back to Japan we will certainly be staying again!"
