"The place was very clean and well maintained, especially for a budget priced hotel. The breakfast was disapointingly typical of budget hotels. The eggs, sausage and gravy were almost inedible. The location is wonderful with a park like setting along the river. And covered parking in the basement."

"Rooms were disgusting. I don’t know when the last time they were deep cleaned. Stains were all over walls and carpet even in hallways leading to room. Elevator was in horrible shape with vandalism. Every single door to each room look like they had been busted down. Every room smelled like smoke and marijuana. Just overall poorly kept and maintained. Rooms were like 80 degrees when we got there and the AC looked like it had been pieced together."
