As my stay was for 4 weeks, having self-service laundry was a blessing. All the staff members I've met were friendly and helpful. I loved its location as it's both next to a MRT exit and the large Daan Park. The room was quite compact, as expected of a populous city, but it didn't feel that tight. The bed was quite comfortable. By the end of my stay, it seemed the hotel had entered its busy season and there was a bit of waiting needed to use the washing machine or dryer.

We booked 4 rooms and stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, everybody was impressed by the quality including facilities, staff attitudes, and convenience. If you are looking for swImming pool, wIde range of gym facility or grand entrance, it doesn’t have any of that. But for majority of hotel guests, who like good size room, quality fittings and nice decor, and courteous, attentitive staff, it’s got everything you can ask for. As matter of fact, we even tried to cancel the other hotel we booked on...

Well services 5star hotel. No complaints on anything. Absolutely happy overall. However some minor things, 1. TV unit was not equipped with Google Chromecast(later staff confirmed it can be provided)2. Swimming pool on top is deeper on one side with 1.9mtrs(higher than average man height) mainly suitable for professional swimmers. Adjacent 1/3 area is 1.3mtr deep, however lifeguard on duty always.
