Weekend Break
A lovely stay in Sheringham at Holway House. Beautiful room. Ideally situated for leisurely stroll into town. Lucy the owner very friendly, and John cooked the best breakfasts. Would highly recommend

The property is a bed and breakfast house. It is close to Sheringham centre. It is a cheaper option than a main hotel, all of which seem to be much further away. It has a single room option, which many hotels don't now have. Each room is clean and has a tv, en-suite toilet and shower. The owners are pleasant, amenable people. They seem to have loyal guests who return time and again. Although it is an old building it is contemporarily decorated. It has a small private parking facility and adjacent street parking. The main road at the front can be a bit busy and noisy but closing a modern, double-glazed window eliminates any annoyance.

Excellent B&B
At each stage of my stay this B&B exceeded my hopes for a restful holiday. The welcome, breakfast, the single room, parking, friendliness, comfort & cleanliness. Cannot thank the proprietors enough for the best B&B I have stayed in for a very long time. Great location to discover many Norfolk coastal towns. Easy access to buses and trains. Delightful high street down to Sheringham seafront. Highly recommend this B&B. I'll be going again for sure.

The B& B is great. Lucy and John are very nice. The room was comfortable. Food very good. Everything is clean and well kept. Very close to train stations, seafront and amenties

I can not say enough good things about this place. Not only were the rooms clean, tidy and very comfortable, the owners, Lucy and John were absolutely amazing! We were due to check in at 3 but we got there almost 3 hours earlier than expected, they allowed us to go ahead and check in to our room, no questions asked! Lucy went above and beyond for us. She recommended places to eat and explore, and welcomed us completely. We were needing a cab to the airport on a sunday (everything basically shuts down on a Sunday)not only did she help us to call but she arranged it as well. If you're looking for a b&b in Sheringham, I would definitely look to book with them, you will not regret it. ☺️☺️

Hosts very accommodating, Room was compact but clean and comfortable with very good lighting. Breakfast was very good. Room was on third floor so stair climb could be a problem for some. Hosts offered to carry up luggage. Location was good with short walk to train/bus station and tourist district.

Friendly and convenient
Lucy and John were lovely, knowledgeable and always ready to help with anything. John cooked a fine breakfast with good local produce and the fresh fruit salad was to die for. We found the shower room to be tiny, the bedroom was left without attention 1 day except for replenishing the bottle of water. The location was very convenient to the town centre and we had an enjoyable stay at Holway House.

The location was handy for the shops and seaside. The owners really take care of their guests, and create an enjoyable atmosphere. I'd stay there again.

Lovely hotel
When we arrived John welcomed us into his B&B. Room was spacious and comfy. They had tea and biscuits for our arrival in room. Breakfast was delicious; we chose cold breakfast as we were having a special lunch aboard Steam Engine train.

Short stay.
Free car park has limited spaces. only a 2 min walk to the railway station. Breakfast was more than adequate. Would stay hear again.

really nice people in a handy spot for Sherringham
I m not normally keen on smaller establishements where you cant be anonymous but I have to say this place was really top notch. the welcome was genuine despite me being grumpy after a 240 mile drive and they couldnt have been more helpful. The breakfast was nice though black pudding would improve it!

A little home from home, by the sea
A lovely, homely atmosphere....and to be open over Christmas, a bonus. An English breakfast to start Christmas Day....scrumptious. Some modernisation of hotel is on going, which was explained by the new owners. Did not affect our stay, in any way...and will be completed shortly. Parking provided which helps in this busy town. Amazing hosts.

Jon & Lucy were extremely welcoming, Jon assisted with bags & Lucy with local info and they both went out of their way to assist with everything. Warm, nicely decorated rooms we stayed on the top floor, all en-suite, tastefully renovated & toiletries provided daily. Comfy beds, everything you need & a complimentary bottle of water every day. Breakfast lovely fresh fruit salad & choice of home made jams & preserves, greengage was our fave!! English breakfast cooked to perfection. Few mins walk to town & beach. Characterful 3 storey house and minor renovations by no means detracted any enjoyment of this lovely house or our stay. Recommended you stay here.

I stayed for one night and was pleased with my single room at the top of the house. Small room but clean, warm and everything I needed. Breakfast was plentiful, good quality and tasty. The refurbishment is not yet complete so there are some unfinished bits and pieces but nothing to spoil my stay.

We had enjoyed our stay at Holway House. John and Lucy couldn't do enough for us. Room was spotless all shampoo conditioner and soap provided. Tea and coffee was a good brand name. No corners were cut. They are doing a great job restoring this Edwardian building to its former glory. Breakfast was local produce and well cooked. Hotel is well placed for visiting the town and also for local beach. With in easy reach of all visitor attractions.
