73 Beeston Common is a beautifully renovated brick‑and‑flint holiday cottage in Sheringham, offering modern comfort in one of North Norfolk's most peaceful locations. Set directly on Beeston Common — a protected Site of Special Scientific Interest — this charming end‑terrace cottage is perfect for couples or small families looking for a relaxing coastal break within easy reach of Sheringham's beach, shops, pubs, and heritage railway. With an inviting open‑plan layout, enclosed garden, and convenient parking opposite the property, this dog‑friendly cottage provides an ideal base for exploring the North Norfolk Coast, coastal paths, and nearby attractions.
Ground floor: Front door leading into: Lounge area: with sofa, armchair, wall mounted TV and feature fireplace. Kitchen area: with electric oven with electric hob, under unit fridge with freezer box, microwave, washing machine and breakfast bar with four stools. Door leading to rear garden. Door to: Downstairs family shower room: with corner shower cubicle, heated towel rail, washbasin and WC.
First floor: Stairs leading to small landing with doors to: Double bedroom: with double bed, bedside tables and hanging rail. Bunk Bedroom: with bunk beds (please note only suitable for children under the age of 12 years), bedside table and hanging rail, wall mounted TV.
Amenities: Outside: communal parking opposite property on Beeston Common. Amenities: bed linen and towels provided. 1 x medium size dog permitted at £20.00 per week. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. No Wifi (this property has a good hot spot signal for BT/EE users). Lovely place

Great spot not too far from town, peaceful area, the cottage has lots of character. Nice garden all enclosed so no worry of furry family going missing. Would definitely use again Great place.

what can I say! Everything about this holiday was as I liked. Myself the cottage is the sort of place that I could live at, nice and cosy and the location was spot on. Sheringham it’s self nice lots of little shops and plenty of places to eat, have a drink or just sit and relax. Also enjoyed the ride on the steam train, which brought back memories . Visit to the horse sanctuary and Cromer. Best holiday for a long time for me. Well done

Fabulous little cottage.

Fabulous little cottage with everything you could need. Perfect location - easy access to Sheringham, Cromer and bus stops to go further afield if you don’t want to drive. Fantastic, if rather breezy, cliff top walks.
