"The room was clean, tidy, and stocked. The overall ambiance was unique and inviting. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was hot, with a variety of options. The coffee cups were too small, but going back for a refill is a simple solution. My only complaint is the lack of power outlets in the common areas. From outside to inside, the style and decor were pretty cool to make the stay more of an experience than simply a place to sleep. "

"Parking... although there is ample parking. (Be sure to remember your plate number) There is a disconnect between the parking deck and the hotel that requires that you walk outdoors to get inside the hotel, then walk to the other side of the hotel up a grand staircase to even get to the reservation desk. If you have multiple bags...forget it. I didn't see anything or anyone to assist you. Also the only elevators are on one side of the guesthouse but rooms are located down a very long hallway, which means a very long walk dragging bags. Now the hotel is beautiful but there seems to be a disconnect between design and functionality. "
