This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely. There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep. The additional downstairs toilet and laundry facilities were handy. Kitchen was well set up. All in all , we had a great stay for our two nights. Thankyou.

Good location, property well equipped, would recommend to friends. Only downside is bedroom 1 AC is very noisy constantly cycling on and off and rattling.

The property has a good location as it is close to the shops and places to eat. It provides parking as well which is good. The apartment is nice and has enough space and we appreciate the extra clean linen and towel. There is just not enough toiletries provided for us though (not a big thing but would be good if they did). They also provided a welcoming drink too. The apartment is kinda clean in a sense that the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean however, it seems that the carpet/floor cleaned properly and the kitchen utensils (e.g. bowls, plates) weren't checked. The bowls had rotting hard noodles on them so we had to run the dishwasher twice to clean them so its a good thing they have provided lots of dishwashing tablets. There were also food left overs in the kitchen cupboard and used toiletries in the bathroom cupboard. Aside from that, all is good. It was easy check in and check out too.

Shame it was only one night
Firstly this apartment ticked every box for us and it was a shame we were only here for one night. The apartment is a townhouse with the very spacious living area and well appointed kitchen downstairs. Plenty of room so you wont be bumping into one another. The two bedrooms are upstairs with the master bedroom ensuite having a spa bath. The view over the lake from the furnished main bedroom balcony first thing in the morning is lovely. Overall this apartment is a great place to base yourself if you are exploring the area and we will stay here again with no hesitation.

Layout of facilities was very good. Bathroom is a little aged and cramped to enter. But location for us was excellent. Easy walking to restaurants. Lovely park land opposite. Can be noisy in bedroom on main street, but this is expected for the location.

Love the location, spacious. Unit 1-3 parking is a bit difficult with trees (parallel, tight space for carseat, plenty of falling leaves/rubbish/flowers on car screens), check in was easy however not clear info on lastminute & main website hence need to manually call/phone, the apartment need a good dusting from cobweb/missing lightbulbs, no bathtub. Generally good stay for families with young kids. Pleasant stay and amazing customer service. Recommended.

It was great having an en-suite bathroom with each bedroom. Only negative was that there is no stair rail and I found the stairs quite tricky with nothing to hang on to. Location was great.

Hi Tania, I humbly apologise apparently my cleaner went in there changed beds, cleaned showers etc and was to go back when the painter finished to dust and vacuum and forgot. Forgot to tell me and forgot to do it. Our head girl was away. I would have attended to this oversight immediately if you had rung me during your stay. Carpet was scheduled to be steam cleaning Monday which did happen. I am so sorry. Glenda

The position is excellent opposite lovely lake with variety of birdlife, wonderful children's play area and skate park. Walking distance to the pool complex and shops. The units are spacious with large ensuite to each double bedroom. Balcony to enjoy the views.

A lovely home away from home, we had beautiful views of the lake and very accommodating for a young family. No real dramas but more of an inconvenience, we were not notified of the key safe via sms prior to our arrival and had to chase up once we got there and the milk that was in our fridge had been previously opened.

Close to lake & town centre. Nearly everything for long stay. Easy check in/out. VERY CLEAN. Front room gets road noise. Both rooms A/C's noisy. Had to turn off. Both toilet fans noisy. Noise from upstairs toilet heard in both rooms. No blankets or doona's (lucky brought our own). Toilet door handle broken. No rail on stairs. Parking is a bit hard to turn around.

Thankyou for your review, All beds are made up with a three sheet system. Bottom sheet, top sheet, doona then overlay sheet. Every apartment has spare blankets, linen and pillows in blankets. We have had airconditioners checked and cleaned. We do have stair rails in some apartments and if road noise is a problem please request an apartment towards the back will be happy to oblige. kind regards, Glenda

On arrival in the evening the sensor light did not work we could not see the key lock or numbers and had great difficulty getting in. The carpets are threadbare in places, the light does not work in the downstairs toilet nor does the remote control for the television. Needs some attention. The unit itself is in a great position and could be made really nice, cleanliness was excellent.

Please advise your name, date of stay and apartment no and I will see which cleaner did the cleaning. Our apartments are fully cleaned, dusted and vacuumed after each stay and I need to speak to my cleaner this has not been done. When you sign it anonymous I do not have details. Was clean and well presented but we booked a room with a bath and didnt get that room so that was a pain. The intent was also very slow. We had a great stay though and would recommend the accommodation.

The upstairs bathroom has serious water proofing issues with loose floor tiles and water leaking through to the bottom level of the apartment. The stairwell had musty odour also.

Thankyou for your review. My plumber advised me previously that the water problem was that the spa had overflowed but on further investigation by another plumber I found that yes we did in fact have more issues and the apartment has been blocked off for a total bathroom renovation. I found it strange that you didn't contact me during your stay and did not respond to my many phone calls made to you to apologise after your stay.
