Staff was friendly and helpful when I could not get my online shopping delivered. Hotel location is next to a neighbourhood shopping with dining options. It is also near a subway station. Location from the ferry terminal is near, but about an hour from the airport. Sound insulation is not the best but it did not disturb my rest. Shower had good pressure and good temperature control,

早到了酒店，到前台想問問可不可以早點辦理入住。前台有三位職員，中間這位職員沒有客人，旁邊兩位正在忙，我就問了這位沒有在處理客人的職員。職員看都不看我，完全不理你。然後我再問，這位職員用很不耐煩的語氣：沒房了，我們辦理入住時間是兩點。然後轉身就走了。剛才旁邊還在忙的職位有空，他聽見了我們對話，趕緊對我說：不好意思，我幫你看看有沒有房。我問他：剛才哪位叫什麼名字，想投訴他。他說他是經理，不方便說。不是吧，一位經理竟然是這樣的態度對客人，反而是普通職員態度親切，幫助客人。找這樣的經理代表酒店，也不能再差了。以後也不會再入住。
