Check in was easy and staff were helpful. Overall, a good stay. My only criticism is that the air conditioning unit was quite loud otherwise cannot fault the rest.

Some rooms are a little old and would need to be redecorated but it is quite okay and Sentosa is my favorite option in Nanshan. Great service, creful staff, spacious well equipped rooms, even the area is great

Counter staff and room service staff as usual is always at their tip top service level which make our stay feel great and comfortable. The only area that they may want to look into it, is the mineral water at room. Upon boiling the mineral water ,the kette seem to stain with white substance after 2-3 times at it base. The other one is "slippers", believe it standarilize size across thus may not fittable for those bigger size feet. Nevertheless thanks to all the staffs for making the stay a pleasant one.

Excellent stay. Not all the staff speaks English, but one person was really helpful. Mit google translate hat die Bestellung von Taxi usw. gut funktioniert. Free coffee and nice lounge. Near subway station, easy access. Would book again

My 2nd visit and stay there after 1st good experience. Didn't know my room was upgraded during my 1st stay. Thus my 2nd stay I need to upgrade n pay the difference from package deal which flight and hotel package deal. Only disappointment was there's no more free movies to watch from the room TV. Internet much slower as compared to 1st stay. As was the washing machine and dryer,suggest they do some housekeeping maintenance to it. At times the washing machine was quite dirty after several usage. Overall it a good stay throughout

Good location, near Metro station, easy to access different places by Metro. Clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is very big. But the only bad policy is compulsory to wear swimming cap in the pool. We need to buy it in there.

Not bad

The hotel is beautiful, but almost nobody speaks even basic English, which I found strange as it's a 4-star hotel. The pool area was a bit gloomy. There was no music, no nice vibe and you had to wear a swimming hat to enter the pool. Just the atmosphere of the pool area was a bit cold. The hotel itself was at a nice location, the staff was semi-helpful, definitely not smiley. The room I booked smelled like cigarettes so the staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a better room that didn't smell. I enjoyed my visit in China.

Overall good experience

Good breakfast, manager (Shaun) very nice and helpful, amazing swimming pool and good gym. Hotel is not new, is renewed maybe a few year ago but you can see half of the room is old. Floor in the room has never been clean

Terrible staff and service.

Room are generally in new and great condition. However, management does not really use their brain. They shut down the air conditioning in public areas, including the gym, at 7 pm. Asking them to turn on the AC apparently requires the owner's approval. Such a ridiculous and simple issue should have been fixed from the beginning but apparently no one realized it's a problem. Staff was terribly unwilling to be helpful. Typical Chinese hotel management... Severe lack of power to staff.
