The environment and room itself are nice, clean and cozy, also the staffs are great
I can tell two front desk staffs with the last names “Pan” and “Qin” are patient and helpful.
Nice, clean hotel. Good value for money. Great shower! Only suggestion is the TV in the room should be bigger and have more English channels available.
We held an event there and the big screen they have I. The ballroom is fantastic.

Liked: Cleanliness
The hotel rooms were clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. However, my experience at the breakfast venue was deeply upsetting.
While I was simply sitting and eating my meal, a group of Chinese guests suddenly started shouting at me from behind, clicking their tongues, and aggressively gesturing and pointing at me. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely frightened and threatened. I truly wish they would reflect on why their behavior faces criticism globally. It was a very sad experience that completely ruined the start of my day.
I hope the hotel management takes steps to ensure all guests can dine in a safe and peaceful environment.
