Above and Beyond Service

The hotel receptionist went well beyond normal duties, I was trying to get a taxi from the hotel the Shekou Ferry going to the Hong Kong Airport on the morning of Feb. 7th at 6AM. Normally this is not an issue, but because of CNY, there were none. The receptionist saw the issue and was able to arrange a car to pick me up, her help solved a potential issue, she did a great job!!

Old, outdated and dirty.

Room was old, smelly, dirty and air-conditioning didnt work. We had them come twice to fix it. They didnt so we gave up. The downstairs offered us a fan. The cornwr of the room had black spots on the wall. We didnt get a desk or sofa like in the photo for business room twin. The location is good.

Very convenient for travelers that want to take the ferry to Hong Kong Airport ... many taxi are available . just 5 minutes to Ferry ... Clean and many food choices near by.

Hotel was just okay

Hotel was okay and stayed there previously. It’s showing sign of age but for 3 star ok. It’s straight next to Seaworld and there was some noise in early morning hours. Also be warned that 2 girl bars have appeared next door to hotel, not there last year. Annoying at times and got fed up of being asked to go in for a drink . For those not aware they offering more than drinks .
