Very clean and spacious rooms, well stocked with towels and toiletries. Absolutely no cigarette smell on the bedding or the AC, very little cigarette odor in the common areas. The laundry room was absolutely free to use and super convenient. There's many, many restaurants nearby as well as several large shopping centers.

I was at Shenzhen for work, this hotel was amazing, cleaning, good design, and the staff was the Best, all time I felling important. Janet’s service is excellent, and all team is very good. I am surprised with them service. And the food is very good.

I was there fot a day. The hotel is about 15 drive from airport. It is not a walking distance. The hotel do provide pickup and drop off services. The property itself is clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dining menu is very limited and ordinary but the price is reasonable.
