"We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience.
Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel.
The room, specially the bathroom was not clean.
Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel."

"Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place."

"this was a hidden gem in the city the property is beautiful the stained glass is breathtaking we got a chance to stay in a small cottage they don't put these on expedia but if you get a chance they are wonderful the food was great the pool looks amazing we had a great time"
