"The staff was first friendly and second professional, from the time I walked in the front door until the time I checked out. Unfortunately great customer service as presented by the Bestwestern staff is missing in a lot of businesses… so hats off to the Tacoma Hosmer Bestwestern… keep up the great work !!!"

"Nice affordable place. Love the addition of a record player in the room, very fun and nostalgic, and they even provide a few records in the room! We checked in after hours so we couldn't pick any out, but very easy late check in routine."
