Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Scam

I confirmed my booking, paid and then got a call from the owner several hours later telling me they had us double booked. He then told me I needed to cancel the booking and when I tried, it said I couldn’t cancel without forfeiting the cost. I have now been charged and still don’t have a resolution. My guess is that they use VRBO to advertise, but when they have a standard booking option, they cancel the VRBO bookings to make more $. These people are not honest. Now I get to work with VRBO to try to get my money back. Crazy! Do not book with these guys.
