"There was water leakage in the shower area and discoloration on the linoleum. A reddish discoloration indicative of mold. The deck was locked off because it seemed to have issues. "This is a great family property! Lots of board games, a ping pong table, and close to everything in Shelter Cove. It’s very close to Black Sands Beach, but the walk back is quite a steep uphill walk. The listed pictures of the ocean view don’t do it justice! We really enjoyed our stay here."
