"When we arrived, the manager was very friendly & helped Carrie bags to the room, as the lift was not working, he apologised for this, & told use, to call reception, if we needed any help, over the next 2 days, Which we did, On several occasions, as room was on 4th floor, Staff always responded to our, requests for help, in a friendly way, nothing was to much trouble, This is the 3rd time I've stayed here, last 2 occasions the lift was working, The aircon in the room, really helped, as there was a heat wave, the weekend of my stay, the staff have always been, friendly & helpful here, That's why I've booked my room again, for next year's convention."

"I must admit I was slightly wary of staying here after reading all the complaints about noise, but as it turned out, I had nothing to worry about! The hotel and surroundings were quiet - even during an England match! I suspect it depends on whether the students in neighbouring accommodation blocks are around, so perhaps factor that into your decision. But for relatively cheap accommodation, with breakfast included, you can't go far wrong with the Jonas!"
