"Staff were friendly and attentive. I requested a refill of the complimentary hand cream and within MINUTES someone was at my door with a bottle of the stuff. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower was easy to use and had excellent water pressure"

"Second stay here at the Falstaff in Canterbury, my favourite hotel in town, gorgeous rooms, lovely staff, and the free cheese and biscuits during happy hour can't be understated. Also you can tell a lot of a place in what they think of their customers by the quality of the bathrooms and the soap they use, The Falstaff exceeds all expectations, thanks for another wonder stay."
