"Absolutely loved the place.They really thought of everything. Would highly recommend. Just note, it requires going up skinny steep stairs but they have included a handrail. Just to let you know if that's something that could be an issue to you. Bed was so comfy. The place was absolutely charming and a great location to anything around it including Niagara Falls. "

"Perfect apartment for our stay! It is on the second floor and not accessible for those whith mobility issues if that is a concern. We visited my daughter at the University at buffalo only 20 minutes away! Property was less expensive than a hotel on family weekend! Went fishing and to the falls, both very close by. Denise was a great host! Very communicative and attentive. Place is adorable and well stocked with supplies- Densie even left us water and snacks :) Clean and the beds were comfy. Only thing I could even comment on negative was the hallway downstairs had a bad odor- I think from wet carpets. Lots of parking in back. We will be returning to this property on our next stay! "

"We spent the past weekend, Labor Day at the establishment. The room was ok, except there was trash in can in the Master bedroom. Also the grass needed to be cut, spider's and leaves on the porch. Biggest problem was that we were NOT told where we needed to park. Because of that we were woke up in the middle of the night, very rudely by the upstairs tenant. Apparently we were parked in the wrong place and we needed to move immediately!!!!! All in all I would NEVER recommend this for anyone and I would NEVER stay here again "
