L'appartement se trouve au rez-de-jardin d’une maison de style champêtre devant l'unique rivière St-Maurice.

Nous sommes localisés entre deux barrages, soit celui de La Tuque et de Grand-Mère qui sont à 130 km l'un de l'autre, en passant par le Parc National de la Mauricie.

La rivière est suffisamment profonde pour naviguer en sécurité pendant plusieurs kilomètres et il y a très peu de courant grâce aux barrages. Cela en fait un plan d'eau idéal pour la baignade et la navigation. Quai de 25 pi avec échelle. Possibilité d'apporter vos petites embarcations.

Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et déguster vos repas sur place. Poêle au bois. Salle de lavage (longs séjours).

Entrée, terrasse et BBQ privés. WIFI haute vitesse.

Chambre fermée (lit Queen) avec possibilité d'un 2e lit (double) + lit double escamotable au salon.

À distance de marche du Club de Golf de Grand-Mère qui est l'un des plus vieux du Canada. Typiquement écossais, son parcours est un relief tourmenté dans un paysage enchanteur.

Vous avez la possibilité d'utiliser le terrain, face à la rivière, pour jouer avec vos enfants ou entre adultes, ou simplement relaxer. En saison, des chaises et parasol sont à votre disposition. Vous pourrez pratiquer les activités nautiques et autres avec vos propres équipements ou les nôtres.

Le tout à quelques minutes de tous les services de la Ville de Grand-Mère.

La section du haut est réservée au PROPRIÉTAIRE qui peut ou non être présent lors de votre séjour. Les aires communes extérieures sont alors partagées harmonieusement tout en se respectant mutuellement. L’horaire est flexible et nous pouvons l’ajuster dans la mesure du possible pour se donner mutuellement le maximum d’intimité.

Le LOCATAIRE a accès au terrain et au bord de l’eau mais se doit de respecter un niveau de bruit raisonnable afin de ne pas déranger le PROPRIÉTAIRE et les voisins (même s’ils sont relativement éloignés).

• Différents jeux sont à votre disposition pour les activités extérieures (ex. : raquettes et volants de badminton, jeu de fer, jeu de babette (cornhole) – sur demande) et la pratique d’activités nautiques (ex. 2 Kayaks).

  • A few weeks ago I camped at La Mauricie National Park located in the Province of Quebec. Let me start by saying this park is massive and loads to explore. It has a similar feel as Algonquin Park with the exception of a language barrier. While most people in the park are bilingual, some don't speak English at all so if you plan on going I recommend you knowing at least the basics like 'There's a bear on my site and he's eating dinner' hehe JK. But seriously learning the basics will help you communicate with others in this National Park. The park features plenty of lakes to portage and trails to hike. You can expect to see the standard wildlife often found in Eastern Canada such as Bear, Moose, Wolf, Raccoons, Squirrels and so forth, but you may also find some Woodpeckers too. Some believe there are Cougars here too but seeing them is quite rare. You can also swim, fish, and bike to name a few.
