"This home was exactly as advertised. The home is very clean, a great layout, updated, and well stocked. This home is by far the most well stocked home I have ever rented. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Quiet neighborhood. The kids saw deer walking through the wooded area in the back yard. It was a perfect place to stay and I would rent it again."

"This sweet cottage was the ideal place for us to stay while visiting a relative in Redding. Outside of the town, it’s surrounded by trees and hills and is very quiet. The bed is really comfortable, the shower is great and we had everything we needed, including a selection of good coffee (pod machine) and laundry facilities. "I rented this property in order to attend Kool April Nights. I towed a car on a trailer, and saw that this property had a large driveway that would accommodate that. The home was nicely updated with a 2x2 setup. The second bedroom was downstairs, which gave a nice privacy affect with the other couple that came along. The property manager (owner I believe) was very responsive and kept me up to date with everything I needed."
