"We enjoyed our stay very much. We were exhausted after 9 hours of driving. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the property was beautiful. It is near the highway yet it feels remote. Will definitely stay again."

"Great easy stay! "

"I have stayed at this rental several times amd it's always very comfortable and relaxing."

"This was a very cute place. They are very dog friendly, had dog bowls out for your pets, a cute little yard for them. The place was very clean, comfortable. Quiet little cull-de sac. I would stay here again when I am visiting Chico. "

"This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental."

"Owner was super quick to answer a couple of questions. Loved the neighborhood too!"

"I had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the property. It was clean, comfortable, and in a wonderful location.Just a few small suggestions that could make future guests' stays even better:The baking sheet provided didn't fit inside the oven, so it wasn't usable. The Wi-Fi was fairly spotty at times, which made it difficult to rely on for work or streaming. There wasn't anywhere to hang clothes, so adding a small clothing rack or a few more hanging options would be a nice improvement.Overall,...

"It was perfect for a quick trip to Chico. Easy access and close to everything. It was cute and clean. "

"Sweet place. Easy to find. Loved the outdoor area."

"This clean, cute & well appointed cottage was perfect for a quick get away for my husband and I. The cottage had everything we needed and the bed linens and bath towels were so nice. I will be purchasing some for my home. We will definitely be back!"

"We came up to visit our son for parents weekend at Chico and this place was a great alternative to staying at one of the local motels. Will stay again!!"

"Very quiet area, very comfortable space, and clean and nicely furnished"

"Ideal location, close to park and downtown"

"We loved this place. Clean rooms, cute setting. Overall it was a great time, we hope to come again."

"This was a charming little cottage. It was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. We plan on staying here next time we are in Yuba City."

"This property met our needs very nicely. It is, as it is described, a little on the rustic side, but it is clean and comfortable and - with a king size bed - a perfect haven for two tired travelers. The room is a studio with a nice size bathroom and large closet. It has a microwave, coffee maker (with coffee provided) and a number of welcome snacks. The property could use a few upgrades (carpet), but it was very comfortable for us. I'd certainly reserve the property again if I visit Weaverville."
